Any deposit paid will only cover the date the client has booked for in event of cancellation or a reschedule of an appointment the deposit paid will be lost and the service will have to be rebooked with a new deposit charged.
All makeup appointments will require a 50% non-refundable upfront deposit which must be paid through bank transfer and the remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of your booking.
In event you change arrangements or cancel an appointment within a week to your booking you will be charged in full.
Failure to make this payment will result in refusal of future treatments
Under no circumstances can we proceed with an appointment with the following :

By choosing to book makeupbysholaa you have given consent to pictures and videos being taken and understand these may be posted onto any social media platform.
All remaining balances must be paid in cash before your appointment takes place.
All booking prices and quotes are final
A travel fee may be added to your booking depending on the booking location.

By booking an appointment with makeupbysholaa you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions
Lips must be freshly exfoliated and moisturised for all Lip Blush appointments.
We recommend gently scrubbing the lips with a lip scrub and applying a layer of Vaseline overnight 24 hours prior to your appointment
Eyes must be free from makeup, no strip or semi permanent lashes for a Eyeliner lash enhancement.
Brows must be well groomed. Waxed, threaded or plucked
Please inform your beauty practitioner if you have had any previous semi permanent makeup or if you are booking in for a correctional appointment as photos will need to be sent before hand to ensure the desired results can be achieved.
No alcohol 48 hours before your appointment
No caffeinated drinks or salty foods
No face cream
No aspirin or ibuprofen
Any medication currently taken must be consulted
Patch tests are required 24-48hrs before appointment and can be posted for clients at a distance. (Please contact through Instagram with all relevant information) Waivers are at client’s discretion and client will be liable. (Please see above in relation to sensitivity)
All semi permanent makeup will require a top up within 4-6 weeks after your first initial appointment.
Top ups are a separate cost and is the responsibility of the client to book a top up appointment. All SPMU procedures are a 2 sometimes 3 step process depending on skin type, please bare this in mind before booking a SPMU appointment as failure to do so can result in undesirable results as the treatment will be incomplete and the client will be liable.
We do not offer refunds, discounts or free corrections on any treatment performed any corrections or adjustments will be charged as a new booking.
It is the responsibility of the client to follow the correct aftercare procedures provided for the treatment performed. Your beauty practitioner will know if the correct aftercare has been followed. Failure to follow the correct aftercare will result in refusal to future treatments by makeupbysholaa.
If your are planning on any Filler or Anti-wrinkle treatments please allow 4 weeks healing before booking a SPMU appointment.
